Qualifications & Experience
Responsibilities
As a purchase administrator and fleet coordinator you are the administrative backbone of the procurement department.
- You get energized from ensuring a fluent and efficient procure to pay (P2P) and fleet process.
- You are motivated by supporting the business and the procurement organization in achieving their goals.
- Completing and maintaining purchases for goods and services is part of your daily responsibilities: you verify purchase requests, you place and follow-up on purchase orders, order confirmations, on time deliveries, reception of goods/services and reporting. You enjoy working with suppliers and the business and have a natural talent for effective communication and attention to detail.
- Keeping the fleet database up to date and ensuring smooth transitions is part of your weekly responsibilities.
- You will be working closely together with different departments in the Materialise organization f.e. production, legal, quality, finance. As part of corporate support you will be in contact with colleagues from various countries and different sites. You are the go-to person for the business in terms of procurement processes, policies & procedures.
- You will become part of the center-led procurement organization and you will be joining a young and dynamic team that enjoys making an impact with sufficient room for team building and personal development. You will be given the opportunity to support in building a strong future proof procurement organization in the rapid changing environment of additive manufacturing with room for growth.
Requirements
- Meticulous organization and documentation skills
- You can remain efficient and know how to prioritize under multiple tasks and a changing environment

- Resourceful
- Bachelors’ degree or similar through experience
- Min. 3 year experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experienced in working in ERP f.e. SAP, MS Dynamics or similar
