Qualifications & Experience
Responsibilities
- Within the regulatory team, you are part of the sub-team that is responsible for all labels and labeling material of Materialise’s medical devices (i.e. all labels and documents that are provided in/on the package of the medical device).
- You update the labeling material as a result of design, process, or regulatory changes. You coordinate translation of labeling material and support the maintenance of the labeling site.
- You coordinate new labeling requests from internal stakeholders and manage larger labeling projects for example when labeling material of multiple medical devices needs to be updated for multiple regions.
- You evaluate existing labeling processes and systems, propose improvements to them, and manage the projects to effectively implement these improvements. You keep the labeling procedures up-to-date and make improvements to them.
- Gradually, you build-up expertise about the regional and country specific regulations related to labeling and propose how to practically translate these regulations into Materialise’s procedures and systems.
Requirements

Previous experience in quality or regulatory role in a regulated environment, preferably in medical device industry

Good analytical skills

Self-organized, proactive, hands-on, attentive to details

Good team player, but able to work independently if needed

Advanced level of English both communication and technical writing
