Compare Masks
Comparing an automatic segmentation with a ground truth manual segmentation, or validating a segmentation done by a new team member, can be a time-consuming process. This plugin lets you easily compare two masks both quantitatively and visually.
This plugin only works with Mimics Medical 25 or Mimics 25 and requires an active license.

Plugins are not available in Canada, Brazil, Singapore and Australia, for medical use. The Mimics Medical version currently available in China, Korea and Taiwan is not compatible with plugins.
