One of the most popular lamps in the .MGX collection, the Lotus.MGX draws inspiration from the flower of the same name, a flower so exquisite that it has featured in myths and legends throughout time. First introduced at 100% Design in London in 2003, the Lotus.MGX attracted immediate attention to the revolutionary possibilities of 3D printing.

Janne Kyttanen was born in 1974 in Hameenlinna, Finland. He started his industrial design studies at the Escola De Disseny, Elisave in Barcelona in 1996, and then moved to the Netherlands to continue his schooling at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. He graduated in the spring of 2000 from the same Academy.
