PolyJet
With PolyJet, you have the advantage of a smooth finish and excellent surface quality right out of the machine. All we need to do is remove the supports and your model is ready.
Standard/Unpainted Finishes
Basic Finish
- The gel-like support material is removed by water-jetting
Agilus, Agilus Black, Composite Materials
- The gel-like support material is removed by water-jetting
- The final layer of support is removed by hand
(due to the flexibility of the material) - Cleaned with a water-jet
Cosmetic Finish
- The gel-like support material is removed by water-jetting
- All surfaces are sanded with P400
- Transparent UV varnish applied to all reachable surfaces
- Building layers not visible (cutting might be needed)
