What Happens If My Software Maintenance Package Expires?
We strongly recommend renewing your Software Maintenance Package to always have the latest version of our software and access to our support services to keep your production up and running at all times. However, if your maintenance package does expire:
- You can continue to use the software version you currently have.
- You will not be able to upgrade past the last version that was released when your Software Maintenance Package was still valid
- You will be subject to our fees for support or for changing hardware
- You will not be able to use newly released modules with an old license
If your Software Maintenance Package license is no longer valid and you would like to renew your subscription, just contact us and we will get you up to date.
