3D Printing Materials
Ever feel restricted by the tools available to you? We want you to have access to as many 3D printing materials as possible, so you can make the best choice for your project. From polymers to metals, filaments to powders, we make sure that you can always find a solution that meets your requirements. Welcome to Europe’s largest single-site 3D printing factory.
Whether you’re looking for Laser Sintering, FDM, Stereolithography, Metal 3D Printing or PolyJet, we have a range of 3D printing technologies at your service.
Metal 3D Printing
Pair the design flexibility of 3D Printing with the mechanical properties of metal. From production tools with internal channels to aerospace parts with latticed interiors, any metal application that involves complexity can benefit from Metal 3D Printing.
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
HP spread waves of excitement throughout the 3D printing world with the announcement of the Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology. Discover the new technology that is ideal for when you need short lead times, low porosity and excellent surface quality, for functional prototypes and small series.
Laser Sintering (SLS)
Choose SLS for fully functional prototypes and series of small components, as well as complex, functional end-use parts. With no need for support structures, this technology is suitable for interlocking parts and highly complex designs.
Stereolithography
With a high level of accuracy and surface quality, Stereolithography is mainly used for “show and tell” parts and visual prototypes, as well as for master copies to create vacuum casting molds.
Fused Deposition Modeling
Choose FDM for functional parts and prototypes for form-and-fit testing. FDM offers durable parts with great stability, and short throughput times, which are also suitable for low-volume manufacturing series. This technology uses industrial-grade thermoplastics, resulting in durable parts with stable mechanical properties over time.
Vacuum Casting
Vacuum Casting is a copying technique used for the production of small series of functional plastic parts. Using two-component polyurethanes and silicone molds, Vacuum Casting is known for its fast production of high-quality prototypes or end-use products.
PolyJet
PolyJet is ideal for models that require fine details or rubberlike materials, with smooth surfaces. This technology can produce multi-material and multi-color parts and can match specific Shore A values. Using photopolymers in extremely thin layers, PolyJet can build accurate and detailed parts with fast lead times and no need for post-production finishing.
Composite materials (Flexible)
- VeroWhitePlus (rigid, white) and Agilus (flexible, black)
- Composite materials with preset combinations of mechanical properties:
Shore A40 - Shore A50 - Shore A60 - Shore A70 - Shore A85 - Shore A95. - Lead time: 3 working days
